Other companies charge a Percentage (2.5%-3%) of the homes purchase price. When we make the offer on your Dream home, we will ask the seller to pay your Realtor Fee. Because our Fee is FLAT and LOWER, it is more desirable to the Seller. It saves them money as well. OR we can ask for the traditional 2.5% and any money over the FLAT FEE paid as compensation will be passed on to the buyer at closing.
